Before our family went to Disney World last year, we found out as many vacation planning tips as possible from friends and family. We received so much advice (some of it conflicting) that we couldn't possibly take it all. However, two tips we followed and were glad we did were requesting the free resources available to us. By far my favorite thing we got before our trip was a set of customized maps showing which attractions we wanted to see in each park. Since our kids were 1, 3, and 6, we chose all the little kid rides we could. We took those maps with us into the Keep Reading

3 Things Every Mom Misses After She Has Two or More Kids
Let's face it. Becoming a mom means you have to give up a little bit of freedom. I wouldn't trade my little boogers for the world, but sometimes I wish these pieces of the old me back. Three silly little things I miss now that I have three kids: 1) Going to the mall....just to shop....for the sake of shopping. Is it too much to ask to be able to go to the mall for a leisurely afternoon of shopping and fun? Maybe I'd meet up with best friend, and we could have a leisurely lunch. Maybe we'd buy too many candles at Bath & Body Works, try on too many shoes at Belk, and waste time in Keep Reading
Frozen Halloween Costumes – Elsa and Anna Dresses & Accessories
As Halloween approaches, my girls are really intensifying their plea for coordinating Anna and Elsa Frozen Hallowen Costumes. I haven’t told them yet, but I finally broke down and purchased them matching outfits. :=) I don’t usually splurge on things like this, and I know it might not be long before wearing matching costumes is the LAST thing they’d rather do, so I’m going with it this year. Frozen Halloween Costumes – Elsa & Anna Outfits As I was searching for Frozen Halloween costumes, I found lots of cool options. Here are some of the ones I considered. Dear Mom of a Preschooler, a Toddler, and a Baby
Lately I've been reading a lot of blog posts that have been written in a Dear John kind of style. They're usually part of a blogging challenge where the blogger is challenging herself to write a note to another mom or her former self, giving advice or encouragement. One, in particular, written by The Humbled Homemaker entitled "Dear Mom of a Toddler and a Baby" struck a chord with me. I felt like I could have written that post, and I feel compelled to add my spin to the same story, although from a little different perspective. I have three kids all born within the span of 4.5 years. My Keep Reading
Inspirational Quote from The Velveteen Rabbit ~ {FREE PRINTABLE} “Everything That is Real Was Imagined First”
Today I'm excited to share with you a new favorite thing of mine - free printable art based on an inspirational quote I saw written above an imagination play area at a children's museum. It immediately struck me as one of those most inspirational quotes I have ever heard as it relates to childhood. Something we all tend to lose to some degree as we age is the ability to dream big. To imagine things coming true that don't exist except in our heads. A child has no problem doing this; it's us adults who limit our knowledge of the world to what we already know instead of to what could Keep Reading
