Most moms I know handle household finances (or at least do the grocery shopping!), so I want to make sure we’re all equipped with the tools necessary to do this job well.
When I first started couponing, I had NO CLUE where I was supposed to find printable grocery store coupons. All I knew was that some coupons came in the Sunday paper.
For all the new couponers out there, I don’t want to take it for granted that you all know where to get free coupons you can print out.
It took me MONTHS of couponing to realize I could also print out coupons from home. So here’s my post highlighting these types of coupons for anyone who doesn’t know about them.

Where to Get Free Printable Grocery Store Coupons
Once upon a time, you could only get coupons in the Sunday newspaper. These days, coupons are available all over the place online! I’ve done my best to collect my favorite grocery store coupon printers in this one post. All you need to do is enable each coupon printer and make sure you have enough paper & ink, then you’re in business!

To get each coupon, select the checkbox beside each coupon you’d like and click “Get Selected Coupons.” You can scroll through all the pages of coupons to grab all the coupons you’d like before hitting print. They will all print out.

Here’s another coupon printer that has completely different coupons that the one above. I noticed it has a lot of natural/organic items included:
Sunday Coupons vs Printable Coupons vs Store Coupons
Over the years, I’ve noticed that the coupons available online are oftentimes the same or similar to the ones you get in the newspaper. I wouldn’t say that they’re identical, but oftentimes they match up. I suppose this means the product manufacturer is trying to boost sales in any way possible.
Want to know what I consider the most awesome part of using printable coupons? Store sales often match up with current coupons, and when you can find a store that honors STORE coupons on top of MANUFACTURER coupons, you can double up on the savings!
Printing Out Coupons from Home – Easier?
With printable coupons, you don’t have to go through the hassle of searching for the ones you want amidst a sea of all different kinds of coupons. You simply choose the exact coupons you want and only print out those select ones. You have to browse the available coupons, but I think it’s much faster than sorting through stacks of inserts.
If you give the Coupons.com printer a try (below), let me know what you think of it. I’d love to hear about your coupon adventures!

I am trying to remember to cut coupons and I just haven’t been able to get into a routine with it. Do you normally gather all of yours on one day or gradually all week?
Lena Gott says
I try to do mine all at once. What I normally do is keep all the coupon inserts in one stack and cut out/print out all the ones I think I’ll use at once. Then I file them in my accordion coupon file to use. Also at that time I go quickly through my coupons already in the file and throw out any that have expired.

I like printing coupons from home for the convenience. I can also select which ones I want to use easily and keep them organized if I print from home. You do sometimes need to factor in the cost of ink, but in general it seems like a good option. Thanks for the post!

I don’t get a paper, so printables or ecoupons that I can load to my shoppers cards are great.

I used to get several editions of the Sunday paper (note above when I said I used to have a slight couponing problem LOL), but have since cancelled all my subscriptions. I do like printing coupons better because I can print precisely the ones I want and don’t have to worry about the rest.

I use mine all at once. Some times though I forget. I love couponing.

I really need to start printing coupons! I just recently got a printer, I’ll be sure to stop by and look for some coupons I can use.
Lena Gott says
Wonderful! I love the coupons.com feature.

I really need to start printing coupons again. When I coupon I typically save $15-$30 a week but I usually stop for a while when I get overwhelmed, and I dropped it when I had my second baby. He’s three now, so I think I’m out of excuses… 😉
Lena Gott says
I, too, dropped it for a long time – after baby #3! I apparently used to have all sorts of free time on my hands to clip coupons. LOL Now that he’s 2, I am considering really getting into it again because we really did save a ton on groceries by clipping coupons.

I like to print out the coupons early when I get a chance!

I don’t get a newspaper so I sometimes get coupons from family members that get one, I watch for manufacturers to give them away one their sites and I print sometimes.. when I have ink.
Lena Gott says
I didn’t realize sometimes manufacturers let you print coupons directly! I’ll be on the lookout for that from now on.
Laura Smith says
I have a mess with my printables. I see great ones I need to use and then forget to cut them.
