Have you ever wanted to mix things up a bit for snack time? My kids and I get tired of the same old boring snacks day after day.
Today, inspired by Yoplait®, I created something new that my kids and I both loved! It’s super simple, but makes snack time a ton of fun. It’s my take on raspberry cheesecake – a healthy version!
Healthy Raspberry Cheesecake Parfait
I went to Walmart to shop for the ingredients. I was truly surprised by how many Yoplait® options were available. They had Original, Light, Greek, Gogurt®, and Whips in all sorts of traditional and unique flavors!
I honestly couldn’t choose between all of them, so I got several varieties. I purchased Gogurts®, Original Strawberry and Peach, and Light Orange Creme plus Raspberry Cheesecake. At 55 cents per container, they were a great buy.
When I saw the Raspberry Cheesecake variety of Yoplait® yogurt, I immediately knew I wanted to make a “dessert” snack with it! My kids are always asking for dessert, so any time I can get them to eat a healthy treat for dessert, I’m a happy mama.
They truly thought this was a dessert even though it was little more than a creative way to present yogurt with fiber-filled fruit…..shhhh nobody tell them otherwise!!
Parfait Ingredients & Instructions
This recipe couldn’t be easier. It’s 3 ingredients and you’re done!
Ingredients
- 1 container Yoplait® Raspberry Cheesecake Light yogurt
- 1 sheet of honey graham crackers + 1/2 sheet broken in half
- 3-5 raspberries
Instructions
- Put one half of the yogurt in a clear plastic cup (the small kind you would serve punch in)
- Crumble the entire sheet of honey grahams into the cup.
- Top the graham cracker crumble layer with the remaining yogurt
- Garnish with the raspberries.
If you’d like a garnish, take the remaining 1/2 sheet of graham crackers, break it in two, and place in the top of bowl to use as “dipping spoons.”
I hope you like it! My kids gobbled this up in no time!!
Do you think your kids will like this snack idea?
