My 7 year old and 4 year olds just love school.
I wanted to give their teachers something special this year. So I had both girls fill out (well, my 4 year old told me her answers) a questionnaire as a sort of “thank you note” to their teachers.
Cute End of Year Teacher Gift Idea
I love receiving these kinds of interviews from my kids because they say cute things like “my mom is 12 years old” LOL
So I thought their teachers would also get a kick out of something like this for teacher appreciation week!
I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, but I do have the printable for you to use if you would like to have your kids fill one out as well.
If you don’t have color ink, don’t worry – they still look great in black and white!
Teacher Appreciation Week Thank You Letter
It only takes about 3 minutes to get your kids to answer these questions and it will make their teacher smile. What a lovely idea!
You don’t have to use it during actual Teacher Appreciation Week. It could simply be an end of year questionnaire worksheet.
It’s a simple way to show appreciation to your child’s favorite teachers! Don’t forget teaching assistants, too! They do so much in the classroom as well.

Update: My Favorite All-Time Teacher Gift
So many people have asked me for additional teacher appreciation ideas, I thought I’d share my absolute favorite one from the past 5 years! My kids are 10, 8, and 6 now, so I feel like I’m racking up some pretty serious teacher gift giving experience! 🙂
Four years ago I gave all of my oldest daughter’s teachers the same gift. I gave them personalized hand sanitizers like these. Ours just had apple decal on the front in addition to polka dots.
Try as I might, I cannot best this gift idea. This is BY FAR the best gift I’ve ever given to my children’s teachers. I know this because even though it’s been 4 years, whenever I go into their rooms (which I have to do because my younger two are now making their way through elementary school), I can see that they STILL use them! For 4 years and running! These truly make the best gift because they’re so practical and thoughtful >> Personalized Hand Sanitizers
A lady in my town makes the labels with the teacher names using her Cricut machine. You can also order them online from Amazon here >>
I’m gonna order some more for this year’s teacher appreciation week. If you don’t know what to get your kids’ teachers, you cannot go wrong with this gift idea.
