As you may already know, I love craft fairs.
I’ve written extensively about DIY crafts to sell on the blog.
Today I’m combining two of my passions (Valentine’s Day and money-making crafts) into one post about Valentine’s Day Crafts You Can Make & Sell!
You can sell so many things for Valentine’s Day….anything from fun & cute gifts to home decor. Think outside of the box, and you will come up with something great.
Below are some ideas to get you started.
Valentine Craft Ideas to Sell
Once you have a booth application approved for a craft fair OR a plan to sell on Facebook marketplace, then you need to know what to make that sells well!
There are all sorts of arts & crafts lovers like me who prefer rustic homemade decor but don’t have time to make it ourselves.
Even though I don’t have a lot of time, I still love giving DIY Valentine’s day gifts to friends & family.
I’m your dream customer! Help me out by giving me something pretty or thoughtful to buy for my loved ones. 🙂
1) Inexpensive Valentine’s Day Craft – SOAP
I got into soap making as an adult and loved doing it. The only problem is that I tried to do it in an enclosed space (our small newlywed apartment).
I would NOT recommend that!
Here is some cute heart soap to consider making if you have the facility to do so.
2) Gifts for Him
3) Cricut Ideas to Make
I’ve seen things like this for sale before.
4) Pretty Pink & Red Decor
5) Paper Crafts (Mostly Cards!)
Special occasion cards are the easiest DIY things to sell in my opinion. Everyone needs cards for special occasions. And those of us who love PAPER can’t have enough cards in our homes.
I used to make all of my Valentine’s Day cards, but I don’t have that kind of time anymore. I would definitely purchase homemade Valentine’s if you had them for sale.
I love this handmade threaded Valentine’s Day card.
I’m also a sucker for any kind of holiday card that looks like it was thoughtfully made like this layered hearts notecard.
6) Homemade Candy
7) Valentine’s Day Gift Boxes / Baskets
The possibilities are really endless as to which direction you go with gift boxes or gift baskets.
I personally enjoy curating gifts around themes like “relaxing spa gift basket” or “everything chocolate & a stuffed bear.”
But you could totally just go with another theme like a all red or all pink colored items.
Either kind of gift works! Get creative. All that really matters is that these gift boxes or baskets look amazing and are packaged well. If so, they will certainly fly off the shelves!
Here are a couple ideas for you to consider:

Easy Things to Make and Sell for Valentine’s Day
Wooden items are probably my favorite products to purchase at craft fairs.
9) Cute Valentine’s Day Wood Project
Just this year, I bought a huge wooden star from a booth at a local craft & artisan fair. I paid a lot for it because it was so unique and would look great on my front porch!
If woodworking is your thing, then Valentine’s Day is perfect for you!
- Giant Heart Bowl – perfect for holding fruit on my kitchen counter
- Wooden Heart Decor – I would put this on my mantle or at my coffee station
- Wooden Tic Tac Toe Board
