A little background on why I wrote this e-book
In January 2013, 7 months after having my third baby, I embarked on a health & wellness journey. I didn’t know what to expect, I just knew that I didn’t want to get diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes like many people in my family had been recently at the time. Over the course of that first past year, I dropped 50 lbs and went from a Size 16 to a Size 6!
Some days I couldn’t make it to the gym, but I knew I still needed to fit in some exercise to stay on track, so I got creative with my activity.
I did everything I could think of that would burn calories. I had to because I needed to see the numbers move on the scale, and I didn’t see much movement when I wasn’t exercising in addition to dieting, so I needed to get rid of calories somehow!
Some days my kids were sick and other days I couldn’t make it to the gym because there was no time between appointments, carpool, etc.
I started working out with a friend later that year and decided I write down for her all the different ways I had gotten exercise at home when I couldn’t make it to the gym. I realized when the list was growing over 20 ways that I actually had a short book on my hands!
So here’s all of that information in an e-book. More than anything, I want to help other moms with little ones get their fitness on as well!
