This Christmas, I’m all about keeping things stress-free. It started with my quest to get our family photos done early so I’m not rushing around at the last minute to finish Christmas cards.
I just got an invite to my friend Lesley’s annual Christmas Cookie Exchange, so I’m thinking of ways to make that process simple.
I’ve decided I’m going to make NO BAKE Christmas cookies this time.
I’m hoping no-bake cookies will be easier & less time-consuming than baked ones (which took me half a day to make last year!).
Easy No Bake Christmas Cookie Ideas
Here are 7 candidates for my Christmas cookie exchange selection this year. I’m leaning toward the cookie dough truffles and peppermint oreo cookie balls.
1. No Bake Ritz Cookies from 4 hatsandfrugal – These chocolate-dipped creations can be done in white, milk, or dark chocolate. All would be great! White chocolate isn’t my fave, but it definitely looks the prettiest.
2. No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles from WhatMommyDoes – My very own recipe! I swear I just gain 5 lbs looking at these delicious bites!
3. Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Balls – Colleen from Raising Lifelong Learners made these wonderful peanut butter treats with her kids:
4. No Bake Chewy Cookies and Cream Bars from Picky Palate – Oreos, marshmallows, and butter…yes please!
5. No Bake Oreo Truffles from Chef-in-Training – I made a version of these last year with dark chocolate instead of white. They were awesome!
6. No Bake Snickers Cheesecake Bites – Ok so I realize these aren’t technically “cookies,” but with Snickers involved, who’s really gonna make a fuss?! These beauties are from Alison at Pint-Sized Treasures. Honestly, if I make these, I don’t think they will make it all the way to the cookie exchange! I can’t resist Snickers!!
7. No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies from Raining Hot Coupons – These remind me of my childhood. :=)
