Today I’m excited about a new find. It’s a website called MOMZY, and it’s right up my ally.

You may have seen my old series called WhatMommyLOVES. It was a series of posts about products that I couldn’t live without (sanity-saving type stuff).

MOMZY is kind of along the same lines, except there are lots of moms giving you advice & online shopping recommendations instead of just me. 🙂

What is MOMZY All About?

MOMZY is a sort of social network / online window shopping service all in one. You can sign up using your Facebook login, and once you do so, you indicate a handful of stores you’d like to follow, a few people you think would be interesting, and several product registries that appeal to you.

Once you do that and populate your profile data, you’ll be set!

What comes next is beautiful. MOMZY then uses your interests and profile to create a custom feed with products you’ll love. You can view your custom feed, items selected by people you follow, sort by product categories, view Trending items, or just explore the site.

I think all the ways to search are great….here’s a screenshot of my Trending feed. All things I would totally buy! Fitness gear, sustainably sourced jewelry, and more!

I’d say MOMZY is a lot like Pinterest, except you know all the items are recommended by real moms, and you can actually buy anything you see and not have to hunt it down.

MOMZY – An Awesome Resource for Busy Moms

I think MOMZY has the potential to be a huge resource for busy moms. As a mom of three, I rarely have time to browse online shops, but then again if I order online, I don’t have to bother taking my kids to the store.

Goodness knows shopping with a 7, 4, and 2 year old in tow is basically impossible to do unless you don’t mind shopping while frazzled!!
