Every day of the week, I make a point to drink 10-14 glasses of water per day. I know when I’m dehydrated, I get headaches and just feel plain sluggish. That’s why I need this free water tracker printable!
We’ve all heard the standard “drink at least 8 oz of water per day” advice. But I truly believe that’s a baseline. Ask any fitness expert and they’ll quote 100 oz as a guideline.
When I was on my way to losing 50 lbs, I found that 100 oz was just about right. Much less than that, and I felt a bit dehydrated. Only 8 glasses, and I felt downright bad!
How Much Water is in 14 Glasses?
Fourteen glasses is 112 ounces. That’s 12 ounces more than my baseline goal of 100 oz per day when I was actively losing weight. If I don’t hit 14 glasses, then I am happy with 10+. Anything less than that and I don’t feel 100% PLUS I’m apt to overeat because I think I’m hungry when in fact I’m actually thirsty.
I am all about all about having cute printables to organize my life so I figured why not create one to track my daily water intake, too?! I’m publishing it on my blog for free to all my readers in case other moms could use a little accountability in this area as well.

Thank you for this wonderful chart. It has greatly helped me increase my water intake. I really didn’t know how little water I was drinking until I started this chart.

Hi Lena, a beautiful water tracker indeed. Just pinned it! I recently saw your video tutorial on how you created this tracker in excel sheet. I just have a question regarding the size of the tracker.
What was the size of the excel sheet you took for creating it. Also, i can see the excel sheet was all blank except the size you have chosen. How did you do that. Hope I am clear.
I need to create printables for my blog too

Excel is tricky for this. I think I played around with the print size until I got the print area to fit a full size sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper. I’m sure there’s a better way, but I’m a trial and error kind of person! 🙂
The second question – what do you mean by it was all blank except the size I chose?
