A Clever Gift Any Teen Would Be Thrilled to Receive ~ I hope your day is filled with “Excitemint!”
Today I have something super cute to share with you. It's a gift idea that would be perfect for graduation, birthday, or even Christmas. It's a simple idea but a little unexpected. Exactly my style! Hope Your Day is Filled with "Excitemint!" I used one dollar bills for this gift, but if you want to give more you could always do $5s, $10s, $20s or any combination of those. At first I just rolled up the bills and placed them in the container without the gum because it seemed kinda gross to put the gum back in with the money, but then I realized in order to make it look full I'd have to Keep Reading
Baby Milestones Guide
When my oldest was born, my pediatrician gave us this handy Baby Milestones magnet. I kept that magnet on our fridge throughout our oldest's first few years, then let it stay up there when my second daughter came along 2.5 years later, and left it up there yet again after my little boy arrived. We just took it down because our youngest just surpassed the last milestone on this chart (and we're done having kids). It's kind of bittersweet, you know? So I was excited to see a similar chart shared by Family Cord. Feel free to pin or otherwise share this infographic with all the new mommas in Keep Reading

The last thing I want to do is use them once then toss them in the recycling bin. Seems like such a waste! As I was brainstorming a way to use these, I remembered that I had been meaning to send our babysitter a care package at college. I want to include some money in there because I know she can use it. So here's what I came up with! Easter Egg Money Bucket - A Cute Money Gift Idea! I grabbed this cute & colorful striped bucket at Keep Reading

Free Printable Summer Before Kindergarten Reading List
This summer, my middle child will start Kindergarten. I'm a bit sad (for me) and excited (for her) at the same time. Before my oldest went to Kindergarten, I made a point of starting a reading program with her. She loved it and continued what we worked on when she got to school. My next little girl was a little different - she didn't want to sit still for more than 2 minutes at a time to work on ANYTHING until recently. I was basically convinced she would be entering Kindergarten without knowing more than 5 letters. Luckily, she turned things around last month and all of a sudden LOVES Keep Reading
Exercise Routine To Do With Kids
I don't know about you, but I don't always love to exercise at home. Especially when I'm caught up in something I love (like blogging) or perhaps it's just a dreary day and I can't find my motivation. So I came up with a fun trick to get myself up and moving. I call it the "Surprise Exercise Bucket." All I did was grab a handful of plastic spoons, and on each one I wrote down an exercise. Something tough, but doable. Something that I could see myself doing two sets of. I tried to think of exercises that we could all do together (me and my two girls - ages 7 and 4 - Keep Reading
